Thank you for partnering with Vero. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make things right.

Refund Criteria and Eligibility

  • Have been purchased within 14 calendar days from invoice date
  • In its original packaging, unused, and in original condition
  • Have proof of purchase (Vero invoice)
  • Final sale item(s) are not eligible

What happens after the eligibility period?

  • Returns will not be accepted after 31 calendar days from the date of invoice.
  • Item(s) outside of return time frame will be returned at customer’s expense.

Returning the item

  • Contact a Vero Account Manager at 855-837-6838 or to review eligibility requirements and request a return material authorization number (RMA) and receive the address to return the eligible items
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance fees in returning the item(s)

Refund methods

You can receive your refund in one of the following ways:

  • An original payment
  • Vero Store credit
  • Identical product exchange

Time for Refund

Item returned by MAIL:

  • Allow 2-4 weeks for Vero to receive shipment
  • Vero will inspect the condition of the returned shipment/item, process and initiate the refund, allow 3-5 business days
  • Allow 2-4 weeks to refund the post on customers account for debit or credit cards

Item returned by STORE:

  • Item will be accepted and instantly processed
  • Refund will be posted to your preferred refund method
  • Allow 2-4 weeks for refund to post on customers account for debit or credit cards
